How is this different from the AI Voice Agent?

The AI Voice Agent answers the calls coming in. The Outbound Call Agent makes the calls going out, confirmations, pre-appointment checks and follow-up surveys. Most businesses run both: one covers the calls you would have missed, the other handles the calls you never had time to make. You can subscribe to either or both.

What number does it call from?

Your business caller ID, so customers recognise who is ringing. Calls are placed in your business name, in the voice you pick, using the same booking data your team sees.

Can I control which customers it calls?

Yes. You choose the call types (confirmation, pre-appointment check, post-service survey), the timing, and which services or staff they apply to. Anything outside those rules is left alone.

What happens if the customer wants to reschedule on the call?

It checks live availability and moves the booking on the spot, the same way the inbound agent does. The change lands on your calendar immediately and the customer gets a text confirmation.

How much will the per-minute charge come to?

Most confirmation calls run well under a minute, so the 10c/min stays small. A clinic running 100 confirmation calls a month typically spends under NZ$10 in call time on top of the NZ$49 base. You can set a monthly cap so it never surprises you.

Does it leave voicemails?

Yes. If a call is not answered it can leave a short voicemail and follow up with a text, or simply try again later. You decide the fallback.
